Cancellations for hourly services, such as AI tutoring, must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. This allows for rescheduling and avoids any unnecessary charges. If you cancel within this window, no fees will apply. However, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions without prior notice, may be subject to full payment.
